"SS Exhaust"

The exhaust was to short for my truck and I had to purchase an additional piece. The exhaust that was ordered was for a Dodge Crew Cab with an 8 ft. box and what I received would have fit a 6 1/2 ft. box. Time was an issue because the old system was already removed by the time I discovered it wasn't the right one and I couldn't wait another week for an additional piece to be sent.

I ordered a part from ebay. I had the an old address on my profile. Within 3 minutes of purchase, I requested to cancel. Ebay said it would tell the sender to cancel if available. Then next day I got a message saying it was already shipped. Okay that fine. I called and sent emails to the desiel ops with no response. I went to check my paypal and saw a different number. So i called it. When I did i was able to talk to someone who said yeah they sent an email to UPS to have it left at the UPS store. I called UPS and the item was restricted and would be delivered at my old address. Luckily it was an apartment. I was able to get my package from the apart manager once it was delivered.

The biggest complaint its that after mulitple left messages, there was not once a reply.
