"600mg only 4%?"

I ordered the orange flavoured 600mg oil, it arrived really quickly which was great! However after looking more closely at the bottle and again on the website I noticed that the 600mg is only 4% which isn’t consistent with other cbd oils in the market where 600mg would be 6%, 400mg would be 4% which is making me question the actual strength of the product.
