"Mint oil caused burn like sores"

Bought the 600mg Mint flavoured CBD oil and it caused sores under my tongue and on the inside of my bottom lip and gum. I emailed them to advise them of this, with photographs, but they never replied. Not a happy customer

Delivery was next day. Been taking it 1000mg for the last 2 weeks and I can feel a difference. My pain is not so intense and I feel less anxious. Not sure about my breast cancer yet. I am due to see my breast surgeon soon and hopefully he can tell me if the cancers have shrunk. However, I was taking it to make the meds more tolerable.

I've been a customer for just over a year now.
I've tried both the Berries and Fusion e-liquid and the Vanilla and the Mint CBD oil drops.

Customer service is exceptional!

I have only ever had one problem when ordering, which was resolved as fast as lightning. Unfortunately, the bottle of CBD e-liquid had leaked during delivery. I rang the number provided and spoke to a very helpful and polite member of staff who said he would send a replacement out. That was yesterday afternoon and this morning the replacement had arrived. I can't thank Total CBD enough for providing quality products and fantastic customer service which makes shopping online a very pleasant and easy experience.
