I recently held a design contest on DesignContest.com with a $600 prize pool for three winners. The response was overwhelming, with nearly 3,000 entries showcasing incredible creativity and professionalism from the participating artists.
While we encountered some technical issues, as can happen with any online platform, the standout aspect of our experience was the exceptional customer service provided by Admin Sharie. Her professionalism and kindness went above and beyond in addressing our concerns and ensuring our needs were met.

"The worst"
The worst contest site ever. Awful communication, you're lucky to get any reply at all from the website management, and if you do, they treat their designers like crap. The briefings are ridiculous, they're so vague, it's anyone's guess what the client wants. Contests closing with no winners being nominated is also a common thing. In general, the quality of the designs submitted is just horrendous, but that doesn't matter, because if you look at the designs selected and rated, it's easy to see that the contest holders don't have a clue of what they're doing. Getting your design copied by other designers, is also completely normal, anything goes, and the website management couldn't care less. Would you like to clarify or discuss some aspect of the briefing with the client? You can't. Only after you submit a design, you can post questions. Expect the contest-holder to reply to your question? Forget it. So, if you like to work for free, in the dark, for lousy prizes, with clients that have no idea of what they're doing, and still get treated like crap, by the ignorant lady that manages the site and who also has no clue of how to manage such things, or even how to talk to people, this is for you.

My experience of participation in DesignContest is 5 years, more experience, thousands of works and wining of contests. This is a platform for real designers. Powerful creative work is going on at the DesignContest every day, the customers are always satisfied with the work of designers on DesignContest.
Great, friendly and honest DesignContest team.
I advise designers to take part in competitions on the DesignContest website.

"I am a designer here"
I am a designer here. I only had good experiences with them. I like the practical interface and the support team. They only pay designers once a week, but usually there are no delays. I would like more contests, sometimes I feel no one is taking care of attracting more contests to the platform. Eventually, guaranteed contests. :)
The missing star is just for this: what I don't like, is the fact that all refunded or abandoned contests are removed completely from the website and you can't keep a fair history of all your work on their platform. And I believe more transparency in this matter will help.
