So far, they have been really great to work with. My questions are answered within 24hrs (during the week). The only downside is that they are closed on the weekends, sometimes my packages are being delivered and because they are closed they don’t receive them and it creates a bit of an issue, specially if the courier doesn’t retry to delivery and just sends the packages back to sender.

Other than that, they are a perfect solution for a USA address.

I have always had a positive customer experience using MyMalls for fast shipping to the Caribbean. I have interacted with customer service on several occasions and have always had very good service - the agents respond promptly during opening hours. The online interface is easy to use and understand. I also like the added feature of being able to see my package in the warehouse. I often utilise the package combining service as well!
Using DHL as their logistics partner has also been fine with me.
