"Very long delivery and very poor packaging"

I ordered a hat. It took about a month to come in and when it did the hat was completely smashed all around in very cheap packaging, just a plastic wrap envelope. I would never recommend this site or order from again. I emailed to state what happened and never heard from them.

Today is 6/24/22 I received shipping email on the 13th of june today checked on it as it has been 11 days and this appeared (Your item departed a shipping partner facility at 2:12 am on June 25, 2022 in JAMAICA, NY 11430) Cool so that means it left there tomorrow as I am in New York. Will not buy from there again.
