This product is a lifesaver. I’ve been using the Cliradex foam since 2016 and it’s kept my eyes healthy and clean since. Thank you for making such a fabulous product!

The good: The on-line customer chat/Email service is incredibly responsive and effective in resolving order problems when I reached out to them.
The bad: From what I can tell, there are glitches in the website ordering process (My order not only erred out, but charged me for the order). This was taken care of quickly after contacting customer service.
2nd - there just seems to be unusual delay in the amount of time it takes to get the product delivered.
I'm not sure if this was a one-time issue or not. This was also taken care of within 24 hours after contacting customer service, for which I'm grateful.

Customer service was very good once I got through. After placing my order, it arrived quickly. Only problem is, your product is rather pricey for someone like me who is living on a fixed income. I will be talking to my doctor about finding a cheaper product.
