The package was lost in delivery to me. It took 2 weeks to reach me. By that time, I no longer needed the product. Was able to find another product my physician had recommended otc.

I was unable to pump a small enough amount out to put on my eyes to let it dry I found that it gets in my eyes and I don’t have time to wait 10 minutes for it to dry

I was very excited to get & try this. But I was very disappointed when I tried it. It made my face & eyelid area feel like it was burning & stinging all day, made my eyes water, the smell was not pleasant at all, And the smell would stay with me all day long. I think I'll stick to using OCuSOFT products instead.

The package came quickly, and was in very good condition, as usual. However, the website could use some work. I usually wind up having to order using my laptop. The website does not work easily on my iPhone 12 if Cliradex is running a sale.

"Glitch in system/lacking customer service"

I placed my order on July 3rd. A week later I started checking online to see when the order would arrive. Using the tracking feature, the status continued to just say "order placed". Finally on July 14th I called customer service to find out why my order was taking so long and they told me my order was "on hold". I asked why, she didn't know but said she would look into it and call me back. No call back ever came, but I received a new email stating my order was complete and it arrived several days later. The product seems good so far, but if I hadn't called imagine it would still be "on hold" for unknown reasons.
