I have a bad case of facial mites. I have been using Cliradex for two years to help the problem. It is the only thing, besides the permethrin cream and invectum that helps.
I joined your club but haven't experienced any good promotions

"Bad Customer Service"

Order took almost a month to receive. Track8ng showed it was shipped but weeks went by and no delivery. I contacted Cliradex via their website, no response. I emailed them and they finally replied saying they had issues with orders returned but yet they didn't notify customers. I honestly love the product but the bad customer service is making me look at alternatives. Complete disregard for customers.

I have used other similar products. Cliradex Foam is a very good product. Easy to use and extremely effective.

Cliradex website was clunky, though functional, and shipping updates weren’t clear. In addition, I like the product but wish that there was more accompanying info about the eye mites — that’s why my eye doctor suggested I try Cliradex.

My order took 2 months, but the company was good about keeping me informed about its status. They explained that supply problems delayed my order.

I understand that shipping containers can get stuck offshore and our merchandise is held up, but the most important thing to me is someone was always there to answer the phone and explain what's happening! And then because of my inconvenience they gave me an extra order for free. Thank you Cliradex!

Although there was a rather long wait for the Cliradex foam, it was well worth it. Client service was most communicative and supportive with frequent updates. Cliradex itself is incredibly effective. While waiting for a back order, I did purchase other brands. None compare. Cliradex brightens my eye and for me, my blepharitis has significantly improved! Highly recommend.

Product is good. Doesn't clearly define what is on backorder when emailing shipping info. Took 3 weeks to get foam

Bought this product for my 92 year old Mother, which was prescribed by her Opthalmologist. She can't be without it and uses it daily.
