"Cliradex single packets"

It was easy to navigate the order for cliradex single packets. Order arrived promptly without issues. I’m extremely satisfied with this product but I initially ordered the foam but said out of stock at the end of order( which by that I mean after I put in credit card information and shipping address. ) Maybe website can put you on waitlist and ship when order becomes available. I will definitely re order this product again!

"Cliradex is great for my eyes"

Cliradex is great for my eyes! I have ocular rosacea, macular degeneration, and meibomian gland dysfunction. I use Cliradex daily following my heat treatment.
My one suggestion is that the manufacturer more closely monitor the production of the packets. I've had a couple of boxes of packets where the cut (for opening it) was not connected to the edge and I had to use scissors to open the. packet. That's my only suggestion.

"Great product and great customer service"

Great customer service. My shipment of foam is delayed because of the current state of the world (my words), and they have been very accommodating and helpful to make up for it. And the product is wonderful, great smell (I love tea tree oil) and works to clear up dermadex critters. It does sting a little, but nothing unpleasant.

"Too irritating for me"

Sadly this product doesn’t work for me, in fact it made matters worse, with an intense and long lasting burning sensation that didn’t subside until I flushed my eyes repeatedly with water. I had high hopes, but it’s not a solution for me.

Whenever my eyes are itchy, I use this product for two or three nights in a row. After the first use and the few moments of stinging go away, the itching is gone. I swipe my eyes for a day or two afterwards to make sure that I killed anything causing the itching. I am so happy to have discovered this product.

I purchased your product on february 19 th 2022 , and the product is not delivered yet, you did not inform me about the delay and it is last week that i realized that i did not receive the product. You didi not informes me about the delay. When i called your custom et service, they told me that i should receive the product somewhere in april. The points i am not satisfied of are:
1) ithe product did not got delivered and you did not informed me about it.
2) i paid the product to Much in advance
3) i had to make all the investigations to discovered that the product was not yet delivered.
