I had a great experience while speaking to an agent a couple of days ago, I had placed an order and somehow the order did not arrived on the delivery date and the carrier was not providing any details on the package. So I called and spoke to a representative that had the best customer service skills in the industry, she immediately told me not to worry and send me another box that arrived within two days.

"Cliradex Sizing"

I have always used Cliradex to prevent red or dry eyes, swollen eyelids, sticky lashes, itching, burning or stinging, grittiness in the eyes and crustiness around the outer edge of the eyelid.
Too big piece of moistened application, I don't need that big, one side for each eye.
I cut piece into 4 sections, using each side for both eyes, and then rubber band the packet to keep the remaining 3 sections moist to use in the evening or morning.

I use Cliradex daily as recommended by my ophthalmologist. Usually I’m very satisfied. It works! But one of the bottles I bought online this month has a broken dispenser top. It’s completely inoperable. I need a replacement bottle ASAP. Who can help me with this?
