I would have given you zero, if it was possible.
After waiting 3 weeks for my order I called the number I'd found online and was informed that my order was delayed and would be shipped the following week. I was informed that I would not be charged until my order was shipped. The next day I got my credit-card bill and on that bill was the charge.
I called back and asked that the charge be reversed the young lady first argued with me then admitted that their records did show I was charged. The charge was reversed, which I confirmed 48 hours later.
I waited two weeks and called again. This time I was told that the supervisor would call me back because I was told it would be 3 more weeks before I'd get my order. The supervisor never called me back.
I waited another week and called and cancelled my order. This distributor has lost my trust and my business.

"Non existent customer service"
Originally, my optometrist recommended this product to help combat mites. But they charge $40 for the foam product, which I think is OUTRAGEOUS. I liked the product, though, so I went in search of some source that sells it for less. Cliradex.com sells it for less so I thought I would get it from them even though their website said it was on backorder. So I placed my order THREE WEEKS ago, with the expectation that they would communicate with me when they expected it to be available and I have heard NOTHING. Not a peep about the status of my order. So the product gets an A+ but customer service gets a big fat zero. I plan to call them on Monday to cancel my order and ask for a refund, then go buy it from my optometrist. Why my optometrist can get supply easily but the maker's own website can't keep it in stock or fulfill orders in a timely manner, I have no idea, but it certainly bodes poorly for their customer service.

all good with product and delivery. It would be great if each box contained 30 wipes vs 24 and please offer more discounts.....pretty expensive product.

I placed the order and my account was immediately debited. I called 2 weeks later to find out when it would be delivered and was told it was out of stock and should be available sometime in February. Sorry but that doesn't work for me so i asked for my money back. Backordered is fine but you should not take my money until you can provide an expected date of delivery

I am a little frustrated because things are on backorder for several weeks and the product isn't available anywhere. Since I use it on a daily basis, I am concerned that I may develop problems.
I do realize weather and covid are a problem, just frustrated.
