The wipes definitely helped clear up my blepharitis. Dr. said I don't have mites but it still cleans and refreshens the whole eye area and doesn't leave you dry. It helps whiten my eyes also since it's an astringent and dilates blood vessels. I will continue to use a few times a week for maintenance. I even clean my ears with it since my ears have been itching at night and it cleared it up.

Have used the product for several years now, and it’s effective.

Unfortunately the info emails they send out are often no accurate, especially for their specials (which is the only way I can afford to buy the wipes). Example, I recently tried to use a 2 for 1 coupon but the system only registered 1. When I called them they explained that the coupon was one time use only and I had used it in June… 😳

I went to the coupon and it had been sent in late September. It didn’t mention a use by date, or that I had already used the coupon…

They did finally honor the order and sent me both boxes of wipes. But they clearly need a better IT department.

On a previous order I mentioned the system wasn’t honoring the coupon (I’d linked directly from email) and they said it’s best if customers go to the website to order and not link from the emails. Again, their IT dept isn’t functioning well with customer interactions.
