I have made a purchase from them…
Then I was about to make the second one… but I had a question regarding it… so I gave them a call… I asked them politely if it is okey if we talk in English as my Danish is not so advanced yet for such question/topic… they simply said no and hang up on me…
I cannot recommend this company to anyone since they do such things… I have spent plenty money ordering from them and they are not even willing to give a try to speak to a customer…
Poor services…

EDIT:
2 hours after, I received a call from them apologising and explaining that it was an internal misunderstanding between some employees…
They have also answered the question that I had, and it ended up being alright.

The items from the first order arrived 2 days after I placed the order, nicely packed!
Therefore I must say that now they are providing pretty good services and change the rating of my review (increase the stars)
I would like to give the maximum amount(5 stars) yet I think the website could be a bit improved and having added some more details about products in the description - for example: a cutting blade for a robotmower could have the sizes written under the specifications…
They do write which year it is and other descriptions, yet, the size would be very nice… therefore if I could give 4.5 stars that would be my personal and honest review but since I cannot do that and there is space for improvements I think 4 stars would suit… who knows… maybe I will make another update in the future and it will end up getting 5 stars instead :)
