Very helpful in the planning stages with choosing the right product for the room. Honest with prices and time scale, keeping us well informed in all aspects of the ordering process. The shutter was fitted when it suited us best which in our case was on a weekend. The fitting was very good and looked great !! One of the best things about this company was no job was too small which is great when you’re decorating a room at a time. Top job all round !

We had KBS visit to quote for the front of our house last year after 2 fairly pricey quotes from other companies. The price they quoted was extremely competitive considering the product on offer was far superior to what we had been shown previously (we found out after install that the same product is sold in John Lewis at a much higher price). The whole process of designing and then ordering was very easy. Rob who visited really knew his stuff and the options on offer were explained very thoroughly. We did have to wait a little while for the shutters (approx 9 weeks) but this seems to be the wait time everywhere. Installation was quick and Robs workmanship can’t be faulted, especially the work that was involved with an unusually shaped bay window. I would certainly not hesitate in recommending these guys, thank you again KBS.
