"Beware! Fake reviews and never received ITIN"

We trusted EIN Express to help us with our ITIN application, and at first, the process seemed professional. We had a Skype call, submitted ID verification, signed documents, and mailed everything to their office as instructed.

After that, communication became slower and slower. For about three months, we were told to be patient due to holidays and processing times. Once the 90-day chargeback window passed, they stopped replying altogether—and we never received our ITIN.

In hindsight, the timing feels very calculated. We feel misled and disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend this service to anyone based on our experience.
