Was very unhappy with the outcome, used them to get my ITIN, although Sina was good in the beginning, their accountant for filing my taxes to get my ITIN took a long time which was annoying but tolerable. What was unacceptable is they filed the return wrong on my casino winnings from Vegas (that withheld 30%), causing me to receive a large tax bill from the IRS for the withheld earnings plus interest. When I reached out to Sina about this it was strictly crickets, causing me to be required to hire a new tax professional to correct the issue costing me more money. Not happy with the service.
