I am very happy to say I got the ITIN today for one of my clients using Sina Bonabi and EIN Express’s ITIN service. I found out about Sina and EIN Express from one of my colleagues who had used his services for one of their clients who needed an ITIN.

As a person who works in the e-commerce and insurance field, I needed to help one of my non US citizen clients obtain an ITIN to comply with federal tax reporting requirements.  

My colleague got me linked up with Sina and his team via email and from the very beginning he was super responsive and extremely informative. I honestly can’t imagine another IRS CAA agent on this planet who knows more about the ITIN process than he does. It’s like he’s obsessed with it, its crazy.  His videos on youtube and facebook and his tons of 5 star reviews online speak for themselves.

He explained to me in depth the entire process, how it works, what he was going to do in regards to their application , what we were going to need for the application based on my clients case, and what the current state of the IRS was given the delays caused by the pandemic. He was completely transparent from the start about the IRS and their delays too and how their processing works.  He did not make any promises he could not keep and he did a great job of managing our expectations which I really appreciated.

He completed all of the paperwork for us quickly, we got it signed, shipped it to him, and when they received it, we booked a video call meeting with him to finalize my clients application, verify their identification, certify their docs and sign off on it to get it filed with the IRS. The what appeared to be difficult process was made so easy and smooth.

Once the app was filed, he kept us in the loop and updated us whenever we asked and told us what months batch of ITIN apps the IRS was currently working on so we can have an idea of where the IRS was at in terms of their processing progress. At this point in time with the pandemic and it’s affects on all services these days, we couldn’t ask for more from him honestly.

I can confirm I got my clients ITIN today from the IRS and I was ecstatic. Sina and EIN Express have earned a new affiliate for life.  I am 10000% going to be using them for all my clients in the future who need EIN or ITIN Services.

EIN EXPRESS!….THE BEST AND NOTHING LESS!

I was referred to Sina Bonabi and EIN Express from one of his past clients who was a friend of mine. I needed to apply for an ITIN for one of my relatives entire family. I looked into their really informative Youtube videos and then saw their thousands of pretty legit 5 star reviews on Google and Trust pilot from past clients. I felt comfortable signing up for their service.

Let me tell you, my relatives case was by no means an easy one at all. But man Sina and his team were up to the challenge and they definitely were ready for it.

They helped instruct and work with us every step of the way to get all the required documents we needed for their case. Sina made sure to properly complete all of their ITIN application and tax paperwork, certify their documents, and file it to the IRS for processing and issuance.

He was diligent, courteous, and provided us thorough updates from the IRS ITIN Department any time we asked for them and informed us about the delays and backlog due to COVID-19 which any person who has any common sense should understand.

I am happy to say that today all of my relatives family have successfully received their ITIN’s from the IRS and they could not be happier. The level of professionalism by Sina and his team at EIN Express was incredible and is literally second to none. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to EIN Express in the future for any and all EIN and ITIN tax ID needs.

"Unresponsive behavior"

Editing to three stars - would have given them 5 stars if only they were prompt in replying to emails and keeping their customers informed and updated at each step of the process.

The process started very smoothly and they were very quick in getting all the information they needed and explaining about the process of getting an ITIN (over emails and no phone calls). Once I shared the information with them and paid their fee, they said it will take 9-12 weeks to get my ITIN but there could be further delays due to COVID and asked me to wait patiently and not contact them until 9 weeks. Until now I had spoken to a real person on a phone call just once and everything else was happening through emails. After a long wait of 9-10 weeks I started contacting them and that is when the horrible experience started. Initially they responded to a couple of my emails with a very generic response which felt like a copy and paste and standard response from a bot and after 4-5 email exchanges with them, the emails also stopped. At this point, I tried contacting them through calls and every time it went to the answering machine. Imagine giving someone $400 for a service and then not being able to even talk to a real person is the most frustrating thing especially when things are getting delayed beyond a certain point. If I sent them 50 emails, I only received responses 10% of the time and that too the same copy paste from previous emails. They need to pay attention to their customers being in a service based industry and that is what they are lacking. I eventually was able to get my ITIN after a wait of 4 months and countless attempts of follow ups with them and IRS and being completely blind sided about whether application was truly submitted or not. I still do not know to this day if they submitted my application on the day they say because around the same time many of my friends applied for an ITIN directly through IRS and got their ITINs within 9 weeks whereas it took me 16 weeks. So much for a certified IRS agent. If you can find some other certified agent, I would recommend to go with them and not with EIN Express. If they only were prompt in their responses, I would have recommended them but not with the kind of service I received.
