Customer service is very helpful. The agents are kind and work to resolve any issues. I ordered an item in 10/13 and still haven’t received it. I wouldn’t have ordered it if I knew it would be back ordered with no solid shipping or receiving date.

The survey that is offered after you place an order, however, is extremely dishonest and misleading. They claim you get $XX value for completing a survey. Only after finishing the entire survey and go to claim your 4 magazines, you’re prompted to enter CC# to receive them for “free”. Tiny print hidden at the bottom reveals you’ve really just signed up for a renewing subscription that will charge you exorbitant amounts a year after your order.

If you value true feedback from your customers about their experience with your website and products, don’t attempt to mislead them in an attempt to sneak more money out of their pocket with shady business practices.
