Ordered a filter kit for my welder paid for express shipping their website said in stock and weeks went buy and I never received my order so i called to see what’s going on and the lady explained that they have been on back order for quite a while.
A call. An email. Out of stock on their website??? Any heads up would of been great so I could get my oil changed on time “was working 7 12’s night shift” They sure do like to send emails about other sh!t tho. Waiting for my filters I got a generic email every day to do a Survey to rate their products the products I never received. The order was canceled and this has been a couple months and they are still emailing me adds a few times a week and surveys about costumer satisfaction so here’s mine

Thank you very much for the great customer service and I appreciate so much for all the help! I might get hold for the payment as I am waiting for the border to ease up hopefully this coming February to get back my stuff as I need it on March for my welding class. NOTE: (The charges are already on my mastercard that I have to pay and I will check and call them tomorrow as I cannot get my Cyberweld delivery yet until I will request your good office to send me back when the border is okay for non essential travel.)
