Most unreliable and also culprits I have come across.
I phoned them on 25/8/24 to join them and direct debit information was provided. Connection was given on 10/9/24.Monthly rental agreed was £28.99. But by 26/9/24 they have deducted £73.08 from my account. I have complaint about this and also my TP link extensions are not compatible with their routers. Their overseas customer service was not adequately trained to give me a positive answer. On the 25/12/24 I had to go overseas for medical treatment and return on the 25/2/25. Having had a look at my bank statements I have noticed deduction of £129.80 on 24/12/25 and £129.13 on 3/3/25. On 26/2/25 I received a phone call from a rude man calling himself Ashly from customer service suggesting that my internet service was terminated. On 31/3/25 a written complaint was made to Fibrely but their was no reply or no internet. I have noted that on 3/3/25 and on 25/3/25 they have deducted further £28.99 on each occasion. Total deducted by fibrely up to date is £495.30. I have cancelled my direct debit today. I am an old age pensioner who is ill and disabled. I wonder whether there are organisations where I can get refund I deserve.
