Love this brand and they have some great customer service, however, I would like to see free returns. Or at least free returns for exchanges for example. I can buy a couple of jackets at All Saints (or similar) and if I’m less keen on one it can go back without question or penalty. Only a small thing - otherwise they are fantastic!
