"I've bought two Boda Jackets over the…"

I've bought two Boda Jackets over the past two years, both times the sales team have been excellent and supportive, answering my questions quickly and politely.
The jackets themselves are faultless, the quality is so high; I still love opening my wardrobe and being able to smell the high quality leather that you get from these products. Friends always comment on them and ask to try them on.

I thought they were good looking jackets, but they are more than that. Their quality is incredible and it’s my favourite jacket from day 1. The package looked very nice when it got delivered and it was very exciting to unbox it and get a handwritten note inside. I love that you can personalize your jacket and I’m in love with this brand and how much attention they pay to their customers and quality. Great experience all the way, I recommend it to all of my friends and will be buying more! ❤️

"Damn horrible sale service!!!"

Bad service! Never buy from boda skins online! I returned the item once I received it as it doesn’t fit me. I checked with Boda team for the return method and they replied me that I can use my own box to ship the item back but I need to pay the shipment on my own...it took me usd70 to clear custom and usd70 to ship back the item to Uk from Asia....in the end they told me the jacket now is wrinkled and no longer in sellable condition, the item is come in wrinkled, I just used different packaging for saving cost, as the delivery fees using original box will cost more than usd200, which is almost half price of the jacket! I am quite disappointed with the sales team service, its your team that suggested me to take size s which is bigger for me after I provided my measurement, I keep checking with the team I am wearing tight, but they told me size s, and they told process of exchanging size is very easy and never inform me I need to pay the shipment fees on my own! They are liar! I I won’t purchase any item from the boda skins anymore after this, as I paid a lot for the tax and also the shipment fees to uk! Some more they will ship back the item to me, and I need to pay another usd70 to clear the custom again! All the processing fees is much expensive than the jacket itself!!!!! Don’t buy online! Very horrible online service team! Lesson learned NEVER buy any items online from this shop!!! Thank you for the bad service! Very rude and irresponsible online customer service when things go wrong!!!

I ordered the Premium Classic Biker: Tartan, and as soon as I received it I immediately fell in love. The quality, as well as the styling, is unmatched, especially for the pricing point. Even when I had a small issue, I managed to rectify it quickly by contacting customer service, who were very kind and quick to help me.

To conclude what I'm trying to say, If you want a good quality leather jacket, look no further then BODA.
