"free shipping at 89.99 not accurate..."

Sure states free shipping at 89.99 but not accurate.
Would have purchased more but shipping tripled $8.99 shipping for shortie shaft, goes to $28 shipping when adding 2 Howie tapes and a butt for shaft. Crazy, so just purchased shaft and paid $8.99 in shipping.
