My daughter’s goalie head bent and we stopped in to Lacrosse Fanatic to get a new head. The staff not only got us setup with a new head and stringing supplies, they walked us through the String King warranty process. This included looking up our original purchase of the bent head, verifying it was within the 6 month warranty period, printing the receipt and calling String King because their online form has some upload issues. I couldn’t be happier with the service!
BTW, String King ended up sending a new head, which we now have as a backup. My daughter is hard on her goalie stick with a lot of hitting the head into the ground on low saves. She’s broken heads from other manufacturers too. I realize 1 season is about all we should expect from a head. I am impressed with String King for offering and honoring a 6 month warranty.

As the Mom of a lacrosse goalie living in Florida, I can promise you that finding gear is super hard. I discovered Lacrosse Fanatic just as my daughter was gearing up to play division 2 in college. I had a ton of questions and needed lost of guidance in choosing the right gear. LF has come through every single time. I love being able to shop virtually with a live associate who is in the store. Every single person I have dealt with at LF has been super knowledgeable (on gear and the game). I feel completely comfortable asking for help and knowing I will get honest answers. As a side note, when I ordered the helmet and throat guard I had no idea how to install it. The owner got on Zoom with me and walked me through the whole installation while I did it myself 3,000 miles away. Awesome. Thanks Guys!
