Update: After a response from Lacrosse Fanatic I do realize that the issues were beyond their control. I have changed my rating to 4 stars as this should not be a reflection of Lacrosse Fanatic as a company.
The oversight on the decals is direct from the manufacturer and not Lacrosse Fanatic. I appreciate the speedy response.

Ordered a custom helmet. Turn around time was longer than expected. If you or suppliers are having delays, a note stating such would have been appreciated when ordering. Also, when ordering custom helmet, they can’t provide tracking because it comes direct from supplier. Additionally, helmet arrived missing decals that had been ordered in the customization. I don’t like giving bad reviews but it just seemed to be one thing after the other. Still haven’t received confirmation that the decals have or are being shipped out.
