We ordered two shoulder pads for the upcoming season of LaCrosse. We we received them, one of the straps came apart. I simply emailed the company and they responded quickly to say they were shipping out a new pad. We received it within 3 days. Communication was fast and easy. Customer service was amazing too.

Limited options for what we were looking for and the “kid” helping us had limited knowledge and only suggested 1 stick for my daughter who was looking to upgrade. I believe I purchased a good stick after spending a little time using it so that’s a huge plus to help make a decision.

"Upon entry of the store"
Upon entry of the store, I was told to wear a mask. I didn't have one and the employee demanded that I put one on and handed one to me. As a business owner, I understand the predicament the mandates put one on however most businesses are not requiring customers to do this. As a business owner, I would be horrified if one of my employees was so rude to a customer. A kind, simple request to wear a mask would have been more understandable and accepted.
