Der Shop verschickt Gutscheine an bestehende Kunden per Post, die angeblich eine Entschuldigung für eine technische Störung sein sollen, die dann beim Bestellen nicht funktionieren. Tja, die technische Störung des Shops ist wohl grösser als gedacht...

Ware kommt zeitlich top an und qualitativ dem Preis entsprechend.
Online Shop teilweise ein bisschen unübersichtlich. Mit der Artikel suchen funktion klappt aber alles bestens.
Mehrmals schon etwas bestellt und würde es wieder tun.

"Really disappointed"

Really disappointed. I just wasted 90chf on a couple of pillows and I haven't even used them for a week and they're already as flat as pancakes. Due to hygiene, they wouldn't accept and return and never offered a replacement or refund, they simply gave me the chance to lose more money on their website as the pillows I ordered "don't offer neck support". I assumed that was the one single function that a pillow was designed for!
