I had a question that I could call or send an email to Support. I chose email for two reasons, one, my question was not urgent, and two, calling I would be jumping in front of another subscriber that might had a pressing problem and had had to wait for me.
To my surprise, the email(s), arrived about 8 minutes later. I have other subscriptions that I have lifetime subscriptions, but never got an email response even close in 8 minutes, typically it will be several hours up to the next day. Enough said...

I just got off the phone with one of their reps. For a full refund of the program. They refused. Told me if I saw one trade sent out by them (their contract which I-never saw until they e mailed after they took my money), clearly states that if you saw one document you could share their secrets to trading. This Company is corrupt as hell. This idiot I spoke with tried to tell me it was my fault for buying the wrong program. Well when you purchase no one asks you which program you want to purchase so are we suppose to know this. I am 70 years out and out $2,000.00 bucks. Again the guy I talked to could have cared less NEVER PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS JUST ANOTHER SLEEZY INVESTMENT SCAM..
