"Lack of Integrity & Customer Service..."

I have to say this service has gone downhill in the past 18 months or so.

In my opinion, the Fire Trader system of $1995 is a joke, and I would encourage people not to buy it. To me, it is basically a system that is repackaged from other programs they sell, and they tweak something in the system and put it together. Not to mention they tout in the presentations, which I think should be illegal, all their big wins, but when you log into your account, once a trade is closed for a loss, you can no longer see the ones that did not perform well. It is also great if you are Ross or his team and you are issuing the signal and it is delayed on our end, so on the good ones that are winners, by the time you get logged in, the price is already gone bye-bye. At least that has been my experience and is my opinion.

I spent thousands of dollars with these guys, and this is the level of service I get. I purchased a lifetime service for new products that Josh Martinez comes out with, which they expected to be 1-2 times yearly. I believe, knowing all too well he was no longer going to be with them anymore, and now I don't receive the benefit after paying the extra money.

NO REFUND PERIOD! I am unsure how I talked myself into this being a good decision. I tried getting a refund initially, within a few days of signing up, because of the level of service I was receiving. The signals that were being released were not even clear. You had to log in to the portal to review the trade and get the necessary info, and once you got to the list, it was extremely hard even to know which signal they were issuing a buy on. If I were someone with $2000 in my pocket, I would not recommend purchasing this system, as it is poor at best. This team has no refund policy because of the proprietary nature of how they produce the signals. What a joke. It is really because they do not stand behind their product.
