We ordered embroidered jackets for our employees and after months of waiting they showed up improperly embroidered. We were provided an opportunity to try again and decide on a lower cost order. We ordered skullcaps and toques, had to argue about exorbitant additional charges for stitches, waited for 2 months this time. We eventually received a drop shipped box, no Merchology branding, barely held together with tape. The order was squished into a tiny box, flattening the pom poms on the toques and 75% of the order was misaligned i.e. not centered, too high etc.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ OR TIME

"Never again..."

One star only because I can't give zero. I placed an order on Nov. 23 and was told I would hear from a Merchologist within 24 hrs and given an expected shipment date of Dec 3. On Dec 18th I still have not heard from a "Merchologist" and have no expected shipment date. They do not answer their phones and you can get no answers. The only communication I receive from them are emails soliciting more orders -- nothing about the order that I placed nearly a month ago.

I placed an order of 3 items with them, a month later they still hadn’t shipped them out. Terrible communication and service.

We had an excellent experience purchasing embroidered zip ups for our staff & customers as a commemorative 25 year anniversary gift. The embroidery of our logo came out even better than expected, and the order arrived right on time! Would purchase again and probably will need to at some point because everyone really loved them! Thanks!

"USE ANOTHER COMPANY..."

I put an order in for 2 items and before we even approved the logo I asked to add more items to the order so not to get the small order charge, they refused. Then I asked for my money back and they weren't interested in that. I have to ask my bank to cancel it now. They are not interested in building client relationships. Find another company that is better with customer service.

"Terrible Service..."

They list product that they do not carry. On top of that they take several weeks to communicate that to you. When order finally arrived the embroidery work was very poor.

I ordered a male and female version of the North Face Black Tech Soft Shell Jackets. Expecting that my decision to order bulk would be driven by the style and feel of the jacket not the logo.

-I received a confirmation email WITH PHOTOS OF JACKETS W/ LOGOS that appeared well proportioned and scaled on the Left side of the chest as requested.

-Later, I received an email to approve logo. NO PICTURE OF JACKET, JUST THE LOGO and written measurements. Without the actual jacket on hand to verify measurements and scale, I trusted the the original photo sent depicting the entire jacket and logo. I approved the logo.

-When I received the Jackets, The logo was hideously larger than the jacket photo provided. I will not wear nor even consider giving this jacket to someone as a gift.

-Customer Service responded that they could not assist as I approved written measurements. Their disclaimer stated that it may appear different than actual product, but this difference was ridiculous!

-For a subtle classy look, DO NOT USE this company.

Great customer service and fast shipping. I was also able to get discounts which didn't hurt. 🙌

"Look elsewhere..."

Product was shipped far later than was given to us on the website. Only received 3 of 4 shirts we ordered and no idea when the last is going to arrive.

After sales are slow to respond and we've paid a premium price so I am extremely disappointed in the service.

Would not use them again!!
