My caravan is located on a seasonal pitch which means they have to travel to site and meet with this requires reliable service attendance and commitment could not ask for anything. Thank

"Disapointment with Workshop Service"
After using Newpott Caravans since we bought our 1st Campervan, and then through our Caravans, I will not be using your services again. We had a road lights fault on 2005 Lunar Lexon EB which was intermittant, and only occured when the Caravan was in motion. We brought the Caravan in for the fault to be rectified. After the fault was confirmed as being fixed we came to collect the Caravan, only to find as soon as we hitched up and moved away the fault was still there. We were billed for workshop time, and new bulbs, and still had the fault. We traced the fault the following day (15 minutes to find) it was a chafted wire which should of been picked up by your 'highly trained technicians'.
Very disappointed, wont be coming in again, my newport caravans loyalty card is in the bin.

Following purchase of a motorhome from Newport Caravans, I received a very cursory demonstration of the vehicle’s features and explanation of the equipment. Since then, their interest in me as a customer was completely nil.
