Really disappointed in the quality of their “luxury” car mats, I upgraded to luxury as they stated they were on a par with bmw and Mercedes mats this is not the case, very thin carpet for the pile they described, edges curled up after 3 days in the car which should definitely not happen to luxury car mats, they also sent out sticky backs for the mats to stick which they have already came off, I emailed them and was told pay another £19.95 for an upgrade on luxury which I will not be doing or send back at my cost which is not right either due to spec of the mats not matching the description, I did mention I have maybe been sent the wrong mats but unfortunately they didn’t reply. I wouldn’t recommend buying these mats if your after luxury or premium.
