"Tiguan boot liner with bumper"

Ordered a boot liner with bumper protector for VW Tiguan.
I’d save your money if I was you. 1st liner didn’t fit and despite numerous calls, emails drawings and confirmation or a digital drawing sent from Carmats4u, I still don’t have a resolution. Paper template sent to me for confirmation of size was neither like the drawing I sent nor like the PNG file supplied back. Being told now there are “so many” different boot liners for Tiguans. I get there will be some variations but I really don’t have a bespoke built car. Now in the process of requesting money back.

I replied to Lewis as he requested more detail.
Lewis sent out another paper template which was the fit to images I supplied and has now progressed the order to supply the correct liner.
I have to say since Lewis took up this complaint he has provided a resolution very quickly to my satisfaction.
