Tremendous selection of styles, enhanced by the considerable trim variations, enabling one to match to colour of car. Mats fit the floor configuration so do not move, or obstruct pedals and seat runners. Price is very reasonable, and delivery is prompt.

"Not great service"

Can't really give a review on the mats quality as they still haven't arrived yet! Placed a order on the 12th March, to then be told a couple of days later that the rubber was not available for the heel pad and if it was OK to use carpet instead, I responded to their support instantly to then not receive a response for another 3 days delaying things further after replying to their second response. I then waited another 5 days without hearing nothing until a called them to find out what was going on, to be told its still in production. But then minutes after ending the phone call I receive a email stating the text i want to use is copyrighted 😂 baring in mind this is 8 days after placing my order. And now another 6 days on and full two weeks later im still waiting on it being delivered. I can understand about delays but the way they do things here isnt great. Why not tell me about the rubber before I add it to the order? Why not tell me about the text until nearly 9 days later? To top it off I replied to their support three times asking if I would get a partial refund for the rubber heal pad that I ordered but wasn't receiving and on all three occasions their support team totally swerved my question and didn't acknowledge it in any way shape or form. Ive given up trying to get that partial refund It was only £7.99 for the rubber so its not breaking the bank but its just the principal. I Might update my review when I actually receive my order and give another star or 2 but i wouldn't use the company again on the basis of their customer service.
