"Do not order from this company"

Do not order from this company unless you are ok with keeping what is sent to you even if the color is different or there is something you don’t like about the outfit. Their policy states that you can exchange or get store credit if you need to return an item as long as the item is not washed or worn. I recently bought an outfit to wear and it was not the color scheme that I needed. I ask to return the item for store credit and the customer service stated that not liking the color is not valid reason. This was not mentioned on the site. Then they tried to say I customized the size of the outfit when I only selected the large from their site. It was not customized to a different sizing. I chose the standard. They also tried to tell me that the color scheme was disclosed to me which is also not the case. When we discussed colors it was under my impression that I was getting a light green and pink outfit but this outfit was beige and pink.They also keep giving me the run around that they will discuss with their management about what can be done and they still have not gotten back to me dispute me reaching out for almost two weeks. I will never be buying from this company and I feel like they are scamming you. The quality is not good for what you are paying and the customer service is horrible.

Update: after reading their reply to my review. I tried to contact them again and there was no reply. I have also provided trustpilot the information requested. Waiting to see if anything will happen.

Fantastic cutomer service, the communication is really great and the help in fulfilling the order and getting the items you need and the time you need them for, is really impressive. They will remain my go-to site for Pakistani suits.

Beautiful suit, I had ordered initially for Eid ul fitr, unfortunately it wasn’t stitched correctly at the neck, i contacted HDW and they offered compensation to get it stitched elsewhere or return and exchange, i picked exchange as i didn’t trust to take it anywhere to get it sorted. It has arrived today which is quite late but i am very happy and know i make the right decision when shopping for designer clothing with HDW. Thank you look forward to wearing this stunning suit. I have a few suits from HDW and will continue to to order from here i love that they include the accesories and match as picture perfect as much as possible thanks Hoorain.

This company does beautiful outfits. They have great customer service too. I had to return my outfit only because the duppata wasn’t the material I thought it was going to be. I returned the outfit and got a full refund.

I ordered a sana safinaz outfit for the collection that just launched. The order was place a week ago and the communication was great throughout so approachable.

The only thing I would say was I was told it would be like for like they tried there best its not exactly as the pic as the extras look different. The delivery was absolutely amazing so good I would recommend ordering from them.

The prices are a lot higher then other sites such as house of faiza etc but the service is great so I suppose you get what you pay for.
