It's all too common for a company to shrug their shoulders, say too bad, and simply cancel a subscription to prevent future charges. Choq owned up to a mistake, refunded me and tweaked my subscription the exact way I wanted it on the first try! A great product is great, but excellent customer service puts Choq up in a league of their own. I'm proud to be a customer of theirs.
