I have now used R.Mtoys to purchase two model vehicles. The most important thing to say is that both packages arrived very promptly and in excellent condition. They are well packaged and protected, and the customer is kept informed at every stage from confirming the order to notification of dispatch.

They also offer free standard shipping which suits me very well. In fact it's been better usually than the so-called express shipping other companies make you pay for. The ordering process itself is pretty much straightforward, especially once you have everything set up.

They sell quite a lot of second hand stuff, but they have an excellent rating system describing the condition of the item you're interested in, which from what I've seen ranges through Mint, Excellent, Good, Fair and Spares and Repairs.

Speaking as a totally blind person, it would be nice to see more detailed descriptions of the products themselves, but this is a common lack on most websites of this kind. I can understand that A: when pictures are provided a text description seems superfluous, and B: when you're stocking literally thousands of products it's very time-consuming to write product descriptions for each one, or even to lift them from the manufacturer.

My only major fault with RM toys is that, so far as I know, they don't have an advanced search feature. It would be nice to be able to search by scale for instance, or between a maximum and minimum price range. Other than this, I think that RM toys is a service provider par excellence in this field, I highly recommend them.
