Great to buy from! I’ve recently bought some 40 models from them. The Models arrive quickly and well boxed for protection.

I shall continue to buy from them as they stock models I am looking for. The prices can be discounted a bit too compared to buying off ebay.

I bought a Kyosho Caterham 1:18 for £89 + shipping last week,

I was told on buying it it that it was missing the screws that hold the model to the base, but it would be adequately packed.

Inadequately packed it was. A couple of thing strips of bubble wrap, and the whole things could flat around in the box and the headlights, from suspension and other parts were all broken off.

I needed the model to make a memorial for a funeral, so there was no option to return the item due to time constraints. I had to have a model maker who was painting the car to make it look the same as my friends one fix it which tool hours of painstaking work,

For the failing they offered me a paltry £20 by PayPal when I paid by debit card and don't even have PayPal. I asked them to call me. They didn't bother.

A broken Caterham 1:18 model is not worth £69. Its barely worth £6.90.

So a really poor show, especially given the circumstances, and I am certain this review will cost RMToys more than it would have to keep me happy.

Given any choice, I would not give these people my money again. Advise anyone to buy elsewhere.

My experience of R M Toys has been excellent. I have placed three orders with them for EFE model buses and the first two both arrived within 2 days. I had to cancel the 3rd order and R M were very responsive and complied with my request without question. Excellent service.
