Absolutely disgusting service, first of all you charging £150 extra for the plates on finance if compared to DVLA,s website, okay that’s fine doesn’t matter and if anyone’s application is declined it’s too simple for you to take £24.99 from the deposit. But you should think about it before ripping off people that for what reason you are charging. After many struggle if someone get hold of you it’s too simple for you to say it was in our terms and conditions. You should be ashamed what you are doing for people because it’s really hard to earn even single £
