"Not a Happy Experience!!!..."

Thought everything was going well until I found my recently purchased plate on Ebay at a cheaper price which was £10 less and devoid of the vat charged.
The company states clearly on its website that the plate is unique to them and I wouldn't find it cheaper anywhere else!!!
So to find it cheaper later that evening on Ebay was a bit of a surprise.
Given that knowledge I emailed the company and they contacted me the following day and defended their original transaction despite being in breach of what their own website states.
So if you are planning on using this company it's best to check Ebay first as my plate was advertised at £10 less and included the vat.
I personally paid £40 for the plate and a staggering £24 vat which they say the HMRC allow? Vat rates are 20% so not sure how they get to the figure of £24?
So in closing I do not recommend this company as they do not stick to their own charter, Their vat rates are alarming to say the least and by the way once purchased you have no return or right to change your mind which is very rare for a distant selling company even if disputed.
They seem to make up the rules as they go along so best avoided perhaps. I know I won't be back!!!!
