I was provided a working image and we got things settled. My initial comment may have been an overreaction. That said, processes should be improved so that customers receive the expected image upon purchase.

The last star is for effort. I purchased a 50 MB photo of an 11 X 16 1864 print of Glasgow. I didn't need all of it for my book, just two "details." However, it would not download at 50 MB, only 10.7 at 5 X 7. The age fotostock agent tried to help me, but he could not supply the size of the photo I needed for clear "detail." I was told to try uncompressing the 10 MB, but each software I applied showed the file NOT to be compressed. ... I didn't ask for a refund because I'll use part of the photo, just not the detail parts I wanted. I might purchase another photo from age fotostock, depending on the advertised MB. If 50 MB is advertised, you should be able to deliver it, don't you think? ... Still, best to you. ... Later, I received an uphelpful comment from someone at ageFotostock about how the problem is my fault. So from 4 stars (the last for effor) I took away a star.
