Stay away, don't waste your time. They should change their name to NO LOANS. They won't give a loan, but are trying to sell me phones and laptops! What?!? Or debt reduction services. Seriously? Just another joke payday loan company that sells your information. Go elsewhere.

I tried to 150 because my granddaughter died annd I needed gas money to go to my kids they strung me along for a week then turned me down can you believe not would not even give me 150bto go to the funeral wow worst lender I ever seen I would never recommend them to anyone so I can't go to the funeral ,I just that they never have to go through what I am no help to go to a child's funeral wow

How can I leave a review. I have heard nothing but good things about but applies yesterday afternoon and close to 24 hours later ZERO response. I go to the help line and no agents available. I go phone them and again NO agents available??????

"Giant waste of time"

Giant waste of time. They make you create an account on their website submit picture ID and deny you a loan. They tell you "its not a reflection of your financial worthiness" while actively deny you in your time of need. Screw Pay day loans in general but especially these guys. Gone to them twice now and both times got turned down after going through a hassle.

"Info stealers and ZERO customer service"

Gave these guys a shot but now I am starting to believe the other negative reviewers. I do believe that they're just out there to steal and sell your information. Apparently my application got rejected because I am self-employed... they even put self-employed as an option. Nowhere does it say that self-employed income is a no-go. They just collect all your information, even though they know they will reject you, because they clearly are up to no good. If you don't service self-employed individuals, then make that CLEAR so we don't waste our time giving out our precious and sensitive information.

They also have ZERO customer service. No one is EVER available on their supposed "live chat" or even responds on fb or via email. I had some luck on fb chat but they just stopped responding. And no one EVER answers the phone... it's just an automated voice saying no one is there.

Everybody talks about how they were fast getting approved, but even after sending in all my documents it still took days (Saturday- Tuesday) to get back to me. No one answers their phone, and the chat bot just tells you to wait your turn… the whole “will get back to you in 30-60 minutes is a lie…” as it’s now Tuesday and they sent that email Saturday

They were very fast, processing the loan application, and surprised I was able to complete everything via text and email.

One of the lady’s that helped me with the application process helped me was very patient with me. It took a couple days though but we go everything done and got the financial help I needed. Would recommend again. Thanks.
