I DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND DNS ACCOUNTANTS ‼️

I opened the company in May 2016! Since then until now I have not had any problems with accountants. I never had to waste my time personally calling HMRC because I paid accountants to do this. But this year I made a mistake, I said to try another accounting company for personal reasons. I contacted the company DNS accountants and told them to take care of accounting this year. The biggest mistake of my life. I had the situation ended for 2019-2020 and the claim received in full,and they should have deals with what is not done, with the year 2020-2021. But, they went to the year 2019-2020 they open an amended and worked, turned everything upside down. Never come to me to tell me someone “ sorry to bother you but 2019-2020 is all done..I start to receive lots of letters from HMRC regards this and they told me the years they don’t Mach bla bla ,and to send them further Information.I ask DNS to send them over the letter with Information they need and they said they done it ,but HMRC never receive it.Other letters come from HMRC and I choose to deal myself and send them the letter tracked and sign .They receive my letter as I call them but than they was want something else ,and so on .I talk with them on the phone for 4-5 continues in different days ,waists lots of my time with HMRC plus with DNS .I paid them a lot of money and I’m still dealing with HMRC now as the year is not finished,they didn’t close the year and I have to close it by 28 February 2022.
