"Illegally billed as Medicaid patient "
Illegally billed me as a Medicaid patient for requesting my medical records for my new gp after they fired me for going to the er after being a patient 10+ years. Heartless low quality healthcare and I will be pursuing getting them nailed by the federal because it is illegal to bill Medicaid patients directly for any costs not covered by insurance. If i can get the federal to fine them over this bullcra* $9.31 bill, I will not rest until I contact every federal oversight body in existence. Eat my butthole prohealth

"Don't buy this product"
I would have given 0 star if it was possible.
Customer service is close to unexistent.
We ordered $600 worth of NMN in December and it never arrived. The service accepted to refund $500 because there are $100 of taxes that they will not refund.
Why should I pay taxes for a product I have never received?? The delay of response is also pretty long, the overall service is very bad for a product this expensive.

It been another week and my email appears to have been totally ignored.
I tried to give you the benefit of the doubt but:

refusal to send out any legitimate tracking number -
The only assumption that can be made is that there never was any sincere attempt to fulfill the order so I will take the appropriate, additional steps. Please cancel the order...
Updated 1/23/2025...ProHealth did send a replacement via FedEx which I received yesterday. Thank you for making good on the order.
My concern is that I was given 2 previous shipping methods and dates, which both were not fulfilled. What happened to these orders? My schedule does not easily permit 8 to 5 phone calls.

I ordered in good faith and they took a large amount of money. No product. Now they are saying 6 weeks to make a delivery. This is a scam company nothing more, nothing less.

"When you really can see a difference"
I have been taking prohealth NMN complete for about three months now and unlike other supplements I really can feel a difference in my energy levels and focus. The company itself is also very responsive with any issues which is nice to see. Interested to see what I will feel like after six months.

I have been taking this product since January and can honestly say I am feeling very well. I recently had an issue with the delivery of my monthly subscription product and the swift and complete resolution to the issue was just amazing, especially since for the most part, I caused the issue by not updating my address on their site. Kudos to them for standing by their product and for resolving my issue quicker and better than I expected. I highly recommend ProHealth.

I had no benefit at all from my first order, cancelled the second order, BEFORE it was shipped. and am still being charged for the product. Company is not at all responsive, does not answer emails, nor calls. Really a shoddy product with great marketing and very poor management.

I initially decided to order the MNM Powder 250g from Prohealth due to the positive reviews and the product's advertised purity, hoping to save some money. However, upon arrival, the powder was not pure white and had a noticeable chemical smell, which raised concerns.
I contacted Prohealth via email to express my concerns, providing all necessary information, including the product name and my order number. Unfortunately, the customer support I received was inadequate, with only a single reply asking for details I had already provided.
The return policy seemed misleading as my initial inquiries went unanswered. Based on this experience, I could not recommend this company.
UPDATE AFTER CONTACTING CUSTOMER SERVICE:

I received a follow-up message from Kathy. While she couldn't explain the color and chemical smell, I was partially refunded, and they sent a replacement product with expedited shipping at no additional cost.
Upon further inspection, it seems the initial package might have been tampered with by UK customs, as the seal was removed.
Given the improved response and resolution from customer support, I am updating my review to 5 stars for their efforts. Unfortunately, I do not have access to advanced equipment to test the product's purity comprehensively. However, I was able to test the pH and solubility in water, both of which were satisfactory.

Go elsewhere, poor delivery and significant customs charge. None of this is stated in anywhere.
Lesson learned for me and don't do the same yourselves.
Buy from iherb, never had any issues with them
