"I bought an Adobe acrobat pro key but…"

I bought an Adobe acrobat pro key but the next day I still hadn't received it. Customer service chat said I'd receive it in a few minutes but it still didn't come. I got my money back through PayPal thankfully but where my gut feeling said this is a scam I should have listened to it.
