"Latte mixes"

Bought taro, hojicha and matcha powdered latte mixes and they were amazing! The matcha latte didn't have the weird aftertaste that some matcha drinks have. The taro latte was perfect. The hojicha latte was a bit sweet with the recommended 2 tablespoons but the flavour was really nice. Delivery was also very quick. Will definitely buy again!

"Realistic expectations"

I purchased from this company after reading the very clear statement of same day shipping if ordered before 12noon. I ordered about 9am. I received a message 3 days later saying it had just been shipped. I contacted the company who explained they had a busy day that day and while I perfectly understand what's happening in the world right now they should only set realistic goals and expectations of themselves and either stick to their claim or update it to reflect their capabilities at this present time. As a business owner myself I can not make definite claims to my customers and not stick to them. Its misleading and misinformation. I did get prompt email responses but I will try a different company next time.
