I was told the day but NOT the approximate time of delivery of my ordered goods. I waited for a good part of the day. Delivery came at 2 pm. A simple improvement is to advise customer whether delivery will be in the morning or in the afternoon. Then customer only waits for half the day, and not almost the whole day.
