"I bought a sofa from Rubeza in January…"
I bought a sofa from Rubeza in January 2021, it sagged in the middle within the year, also sharp pieces were hanging out underneath. They took it away and supposedly repaired it, it was never very solid but now is at the end of it's life after the same problem occurring, all the underside is hanging out. It's 3 and a half years old and I need to buy a new one! Incidentally it's not had hard wear, I live alone and am about a UK size 12 so no heavy wear to it. So disappointed with it

"Faulty item - no refund or replacment"
Item was faulty, covered under warranty and Rubeza will not refund or replacee the item. Avoid this company and do not purchase as if something is wrong you will be out of pocket. I am at the stage of taking this to the small claims court.

"Left with no sofa"
I ordered in the October for my sofa, it was due to be delivered in February and I was told the day before my delivery was arranged that it couldn’t be delivered. Which meant I’d already got rid of my sofa and left me with no sofa from February - June. I had to chase and chase for updates. Lovely sofa but the overall process caused a lot of stress and inconvenience, wouldn’t recommend Rubeza to anyone.

"I ordered two sofas last year."
I ordered two sofas last year, They called me last week to arrange delivery tomorrow (Thursday 11th) .. then ii get an email saying they can’t find one sofa. And will refund me. I rang today to confirm the other sofa will still come tomorrow and was told no it’s on a container due in February. I tried to speak to a manager but wasn’t allowed.
You can see from their response below : they were the ones that were aggressive on the phone… also after posting this here .. I had a telephone call from them .

Item arrived damaged. But as it was not reported in 48 hours they told me there is nothing they could do (I was on holiday, neighbour met them) when I returned from holiday I opened the box to find the sofa damaged, 4 holes in fabric. I rang and rang but nobody was answering the phone, sent emails then finally I had a reply "you didn't report this quick enough, all damage had to be reported within 48hrs. Also we remember your property very awkward, probably got damaged trying to get it in" UNBELIEVABLE response!!! Now my in to my second week with our sofa and the arm is starting to come away from the frame!!!
My advice give this company a miss. Its a shame their customer service and after sales is so poor as the sofa is very comfy.
