He was approachable, more than happy to answer questions and gave a thorough walkthrough of an RFA pointing out areas which were important for surveyors to notice when undertaking surveys which may otherwise have been missed, improving the overall efficiency for the installers we work for. I attended Zish’s in person retrofit assessors practical training as someone preparing to complete my retrofit assessors course in the new year. It was a great experience that i was lucky to attend. Zish emphasised the importance of completing a correct and detailed retrofit assessment to correct standards. I learned a lot from this training and I wholeheartedly believe it will provide me with a great boost in preparing for my course in the new year.

Excellent presentation, for someone who had never seen a retrofit assessment or been trained to perform one after this I feel I could walk into anyone’s home and produce an excellent assessment. Zish was incredibly helpful and insightful and I would recommend these courses to anybody new looking to move into the assessment field or an old head looking to expand their knowledge, great job and I will definitely be sending more of my guys.
